Dr. Lynn Aggen, owner, has been with the practice since 1973. He specializes in large animal care and equine work.  Dr. Aggen moved to the Harmony area after graduating from the University of  Minnesota School of Veterinary Medicine.  Together with his wife Barb, they began Oak Meadow Farms which specializes in Simmental cattle, they currently have over 135 registered female breeding Simmentals.  Dr. Aggen and family have developed one of the most respected Simmental seed stock herds in the Midwest.

Dr. Aggen has always been strongly involved in community programs and has contributed to the Farm Safety program for local school children for many years, as well as, the Fillmore County Fair, Fillmore County 4-H Beef project leader, Fillmore County Livestock Auction Committee and volunteers at the Miracle of Birth Center at the Minnesota State Fair.

Since 2003, Dr. Aggen and his family have awarded 4-H beef showmanship jackets to the six overall Minnesota State Fair 4-H Beef Show champions, in memory of his son Mark.

The Aggen family were awarded “Fillmore County Family of the Year” award in 2005.
